Staff Product Designer, Growth

About the role

Deel is looking for a passionate and highly experienced Staff Product Designer, Growth to shape the future of its global payroll and HR platform. You will drive design excellence across growth‑focused projects, influencing activation, engagement, retention and monetisation for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver product design for multiple growth initiatives, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts and marketers to create, test and iterate on growth hypotheses.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process, from research and concepting to high‑fidelity prototypes and hand‑off.
• Measure design impact against key growth metrics and continuously optimise the user experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading design work on growth‑oriented products.
• Strong ability to translate data‑driven insights into compelling design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
