Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will be based on Ascension Island, overseeing all daily operations, personnel, and contract activities for V2X’s task order. This role requires rapid response to emergencies and close coordination with U.S. Air Force and Space Force representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, scheduling, supervision, and quality control in line with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and V2X standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, V2X, and United States Air Force safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive training program and oversee property protection for government and contractor assets.
• Direct subcontractors, handle CDRL reporting, and coordinate with the Program Management Office.
• Provide timely on‑site presence, responding within four hours to government personnel for critical discussions.
• Assist the Ascension Base Commander in representing U.S. government interests with the host nation and local community.

Required profile

• Minimum six years supervisory experience.
• At least four years as a site manager, deputy program manager, or program manager.
• Ten years of relevant experience in similar environments.
• Ability to act with full authority on daily task order matters.
